Breakdown of Expenditures. The CMR shall review any Board requested or directed change and shall respond in writing within fourteen calendar days after receipt of the proposed change (or such other reasonable time as the Board may direct), stating the effect of the proposed change upon his Work, including any increase or decrease in the Contract Time and Sum. The CMR shall furnish to the Board and the Design Professional an itemized breakdown of the quantities and prices and expenditures for labor and materials used in computing the proposed change in Contract Sum, in a format acceptable by the Board, which shall contain the following elements: (a) Restatement of the scope of work of the proposed Change Order. (b) Itemized breakdown of items, quantities, unit costs and total costs; application of overhead and profit amounts, and grand total. (c) Statement of the CMR in the following exact language: (d) Signature and title of the person submitting the breakdown of expenditures for the CMR. (e) Signature and date of the Contract Compliance Specialist certifying to the following statement to be inserted below the signature of the CMR in the following exact language:
