Breaks in Vesting Service. If a Participant neither receives nor is deemed to receive a distribution pursuant to Section 6.01(D)(3) or (4) and the Participant returns to the service of the Employer before incurring 5 consecutive Breaks in Vesting Service, there shall be no Forfeiture and the amount in such suspense account shall be recredited to such Participant's Individual Account.
