Common use of Bringdown Certificate Clause in Contracts

Bringdown Certificate. NV5 shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and duly executed by an executive officer of Acuren, certifying the satisfaction of all conditions in Section 6.3(a), Section 6.3(b) and Section 6.3(c).

Bringdown Certificate. NV5 Acuren shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and duly executed by an executive officer of AcurenNV5, certifying the satisfaction of all conditions in Section 6.3(a6.2(a), Section 6.3(b6.2(b) and Section 6.3(c6.2(c).
