Broad Form Property Damage. LACGC shall provide CITY with a “certificate of insurance,” and “additional insured endorsement,” and a subrogation endorsement, “Waiver of Transfer to Rights of Recovery Against Others”—on forms satisfactory to the City Attorney or City’s Risk Manager and signed by the insurance carrier or its authorized representative—which fully meet the requirements of, and contain provisions entirely consistent with, all of the Insurance Requirements.
