Broadcast and Rebroadcast. 1. Videotapes of a telecommunications class may be used for makeup work for all students currently enrolled in a section of that telecommunications class or for in-service(ing) of existing staff. 2. It is understood that video tapes of a telecommunications class are the property of the originating site district. A telecommunications class may be televised live, or via videotape, for purposes other than those referred to above by mutual consent of the teacher and the originating site district.
Broadcast and Rebroadcast. 1. Rebroadcast for students ABSENT ON A GIVEN DAY, REMEDIAL INSTRUCTION, TEACHER USE and for demonstration purposes is permitted. 2.   • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. This Agreement confers that permission.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.
