BROKER AND AGENT. Lease section 38 is modified to add that: Lessee represents and warrants to Lessor that, Lessee has not had any dealings with any broker, finder or other person who may claim any commission or fee in carrying on the negotiations relating to the Addendum other than for ▇▇▇▇▇ Long LaSalle, whose fees due, if any, shall be paid by the Lessee. Lessee shall indemnify and hold Lessor harmless, from and against any claim or claims for brokerage or other commission arising from or out of any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.
