Common use of Broker Clause in Contracts

Broker. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage or finder's fee or other commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon the arrangements made by or on behalf of the Buyer.

No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage or finder's fee or other commission from Seller or Seller's Parent, or to the knowledge of Seller and Seller's Parent, from Buyer, in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon on the arrangements made by or on behalf of the BuyerSeller or Seller's Parent.

No broker, investment banker, financial advisor, finder or investment banker other person, is entitled to any brokerage broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or finder's other similar fee or other commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon the pursuant to arrangements made by or on behalf of the Buyer, Acquisition Sub or any Subsidiary or an affiliate of any of them.

No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage brokerage, finder’s or finder's other fee or other commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement based upon the arrangements made by or on behalf of the Buyerany Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries.

No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage brokerage, finder's, or finder's other fee or other commission in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby Transaction or any related transaction based upon the arrangements any agreements, written or oral, made by or on behalf of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries. The Seller does not have any obligation to pay finder's or broker's fees or commissions in connection with the Buyerexercise of options to renew or extend real estate leases to which the Seller is a party.
