Common use of Brokers; Agents Clause in Contracts

Brokers; Agents. Except with respect to FTI ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇, Sellers have not dealt with any agent, finder, broker or other representative in any manner which could result in Buyer being liable for any fee or commission in the nature of a finder's fee or originator's fee in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement.
