Common use of Brokers and Advisors Clause in Contracts

Brokers and Advisors. No action taken by any Seller in connection with or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated hereby has or shall cause any of Blackhawk, any of the Blackhawk Subsidiaries or the Purchaser to be subject to any claim against it for a brokerage commission, finder's fee, consulting fee, advisory fee or other like payment.
