Budget Adjustments Sample Clauses
The Budget Adjustments clause allows for modifications to the originally agreed-upon budget during the course of a project or contract. This clause typically outlines the process for requesting, reviewing, and approving changes to budget allocations, such as increases due to unforeseen expenses or decreases resulting from cost savings. By establishing a clear mechanism for handling budget changes, the clause ensures financial flexibility and helps prevent disputes over funding, thereby supporting the smooth continuation of the project.
