Common use of Budget Amendments and Amendment Process Clause in Contracts

Budget Amendments and Amendment Process. Whenever it is recommended by the Project Coordinator, the Finance Administrator, or a Party that the Maximum Funding Amount be amended, the Parties shall prepare (or cause the preparation of) a draft budget amendment. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery of such draft budget amendment, the Parties shall confer to consider the draft budget amendment. The Maximum Funding Amount may be amended upon mutual written agreement of the Parties (“Budget Amendment”).
