Bugs and Abatement; Scope. Without limiting the express warranties in this Section 4, Modjoul does not warrant that the Modjoul Platform or Services are completely free from all bugs, errors, or omissions, or will ensure complete security. The warranties in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of Customer, and may not be extended to any other person or entity.
