Build-Own. Operate and Maintain the Pumped Hydro Storage based Energy Storage System (PHESS) throughout the term of this Agreement and keep it free and clear of all encumbrances;

Build-Own. Operate-Transfer scheme where the private party designs, constructs, finances, operates and maintains an infrastructure facility owned by the private party for a specified time period not exceeding thirty years, or such longer period as may be agreed, after which private party transfers the facility to the contracting authority.
Build-Own. Operate-Transfer (BOOT) BOOT is an arrangement where a concession company (private entity) designs, finances, builds, operates and maintains a facility. Ownership rests with the concessionaire3 and it charges user fees for a specified concession period. At the end of this period, ownership and operating rights are transferred back to the public sector normally without charge and if not already transferred upon completion of the facility.4 During the concession period, the concession company owns and operates the facility and collects revenues for repaying the financing and investment costs. Additionally, it maintains and operates the facility and makes a margin of profit.5The first BOOT project in Chinais Shajiao and was transferred to the Shenzhen government successfully in September 1999.6
Build-Own. Operate scheme where the private party designs, finances, constructs, operates and maintains the infrastructure facility and provides services for a specified period of time.
Build-Own. Operate (BOO) In a typical BOO structure, the control and the title of ownership of the projects remain with the private sector, that is, there is no transfer of ownership to the government. Under the BOO project, the private sector entity is responsible for financing, building, owning and operating an infrastructure facility effectively in perpetuity. An example of BOO is the water treatment plants serving parts of South Australia.9
Build-Own. Operate (BOO) The private sector as funders, builders, providers, and operator of a facility. They become a regulatory and operational costs actor. The private sector as well as the owner of the facility within a specified period which provide incentives cost to invest in a facility that is provided.

  • Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Where either Party acts as an IntraLATA Toll provider, each Party shall ▇▇▇▇ the other the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariff or price lists. Where either Party interconnects and delivers traffic to the other from third parties, each Party shall ▇▇▇▇ such third parties the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariffs, price lists or contractual offerings for such third party terminations. Absent a separately negotiated agreement to the contrary, the Parties will directly exchange traffic between their respective networks without the use of third party transit providers.

  • Supplier Development lf the Buyer identifies problems in supplier performance based on supplier monitoring, he shall initiate improvement measures at the Supplier. The Buyer shall pursue the possibilities of continuous improvement of the Supplier. The supplier audit is a form of supplier development; the exchange of information and experience between the Buyer and the Supplier also serves this purpose.

  • Ownership Title to Project Deliverables This clause shall apply where Contractor is commissioned by the Authorized User to furnish project deliverables as detailed in the Purchase Order.

  • Customer Ownership Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to all Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the acquisition, accuracy and legality of Customer Data. These Terms do not grant PROS any ownership rights to Customer Data.

  • Quality Improvement The Parties must develop QI activities specifically for the oversight of the requirements of this MOU, including, without limitation, any applicable performance measures and QI initiatives, including those to prevent duplication of services, as well as reports that track referrals, Member engagement, and service utilization. Such QI activities must include processes to monitor the extent to which Members are able to access mental health services across SMHS and NSMHS, and Covered Service utilization. The Parties must document these QI activities in policies and procedures.
