Common use of Build – Up Period Clause in Contracts

Build – Up Period. 2.7.1 Build-Up Period shall be the period of six (6) Months commencing on the First Delivery Date (“Build-Up Period”). During the Build-Up Period, any compensation arising on account of short supply or short lifting, as per Clause 4.7 of this Agreement, shall not be payable by either Party.
