Builders’ Liens. 13.1. The Regional District must promptly either pay or provide security and cause the discharge of any and all liens arising out of any construction or services done or permitted to be done by the Regional District to the Premises. 13.2. The Regional District will allow the Board of Education to post and will keep posted on the Premises any notice that the Board of Education may desire to post under the provisions of the Builders Lien Act, and all successor legislation, as amended from time to time.
