Common use of Building Access Clause in Contracts

The Professional Services Contractor shall be responsible for the sign out, distribution, safe use and return of all building keys and/or access cards, and shall be responsible for all costs associated with failure to return these items (e.g., the cost to re-key/re-implement the system).
