Building Alteration. 18.1 The Client warrants to CANVALE that the building is capable of being altered in the manner proposed in the Order Schedule without any other work of any kind whatsoever being required. 18.2 The Client will bear the full costs associated with any work required over and above as stated in the Order Schedule. 18.3 Any building rectification required to complete the Works as per Canvale’s Order Schedule will be handled as a Variation to Contract as listed in item 15.
