Common use of Building Area Clause in Contracts

Building Area. Concessionaire agrees that no improvement shall be erected, placed upon, operated or maintained within, on or near the Premises, nor any business conducted or carried on therein or therefrom, in violation of the terms of this Contract, or in violation of any regulation, order of law, statute, bylaw or ordinance of a governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Premises without first obtaining the written approval of the Landlord.
