Common use of Building Codes Clause in Contracts

Building Codes. Consist of the building codes that have been adopted and codified by the Gila River Indian Community and codified in Title 19 and Title 21 of the Community Code as such codes may be amended and updated. Such codes include, but are not limited to: the International Building Code, the International Mechanical Code, the International Plumbing Code, the National Electrical Code, the International Residential Code, the Fuel Gas Code, the International Property Maintenance Code, and the International Fire Code.
