Common use of Building Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Building Fixtures. The Building and all other improvements located on the Land, including, but not limited to, all structural components of the Building, all plumbing, heating, lighting, electrical and air conditioning fixtures and equipment, and other fixtures, ​ equipment and articles of personal property used in the operation of the Premises, whether or not attached or affixed to the Premises (collectively, “Building Fixtures”), shall be and remain a part of the Premises and shall constitute the property of Landlord.
