Common use of Building Height Clause in Contracts

Building Height. Height shall not exceed the number of commercially habitable floors (i.e., stories) exclusive of the area below the finished first floor or the maximum elevation from Ground Floor Level established in Exhibit 13.2. One-half story is a habitable floor which has square footage that is no greater than one-half the square footage of the largest story. No portion of a building may be taller than the Height above Ground Floor Level specified in Exhibit 13.8, "Commercial Bulk Standards."
