Building Inspections. All building inspectors shall be familiar with inspections in historic districts, inspection requirements for structures and properties that are located within a regulated flood plain of the City of Lake Worth Beach. Inspectors must have their own transportation, supplies and necessary all necessary equipment, including safety equipment to perform the services.
