Building Inspector Sample Clauses

The Building Inspector clause establishes the right or requirement for a qualified inspector to examine a property, typically as part of a real estate transaction or construction project. This clause outlines who may conduct the inspection, what aspects of the property are to be reviewed (such as structural integrity, safety compliance, or code adherence), and the timeframe for completing the inspection.
