Building Permit Fees. The CRD agrees that it will apply to the Township for a building permit for the WWTP and pay an amount equal to the building permit fees that would be payable to the Township calculated in accordance with the Township’s Building Bylaw, subject to any applicable deductions or reductions that would apply to complex projects of the nature of the WWTP under the Township’s Building Bylaw, or in circumstances to which section 290 of the Local Government Act applies.
