Building Permit Fees. The City will waive all Fees for the Eligible Improvements. The “Fees” include all Building and Construction Fees, the Building Permit Fee, Plan Review Fee, Plumbing Fee, Mechanical Fee, Electrical Fee, and Contractor Registration Fee. The Fees are to be determined (calculated) by the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Development Department. The City will also waive all Connection Fees, which shall exclude those for the City of Fort Worth. The City will waive Fees for the Eligible Improvements up to the amount of $91,000.00.
