Building Permits. The Construction Manager shall provide the following information to the Permitting Authority and obtain approval from the Permitting Authority prior to beginning construction: (a) Two (2) sets of documents, signed, sealed and dated by the Architect-Engineer, with all addenda enclosed with each set. These documents shall be sent to the Permitting Authority prior to sending the Permit Application address hereinafter.
