Common use of Building Signage Clause in Contracts

Building Signage. Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall have the right to place its name and/or logo on one (1) side of the exterior of the Building in a location to be selected by Tenant, subject to approval by Landlord (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed provided such signage complies with the signage criteria contained in the CC&R's affecting the Project) and all governmental agencies.
