Building Siting. 3.4.1 The development on Lot 1 shall comply with the follow: (a) the gross floor area of the existing shopping centre may be increased by a maximum of ten (10) percent; (b) the existing shopping centre, including any additions, shall be a minimum of: (i) 6.1 metres (20 feet) from the front lot line; (ii) 6.1 metres (20 feet) from the flank lot line; (iii) 9.1 metres (30 feet) from the rear lot line;
