Common use of Building Siting Clause in Contracts

Building Siting. 3.4.1 The building’s siting, bulk, and scale shall comply to the following: (a) lot coverage shall not exceed 15%; (b) the building shall be a minimum of 7 metres from the front and flanking lot lines; (c) all portions of the building above grade shall be a minimum of 4.5 metres from the side and rear lot lines; and (d) the maximum height of the building shall not exceed 10.6 metres;

Building Siting. 3.4.1 The building’s siting, bulk, bulk and scale shall comply to the following: (a) lot coverage shall not exceed 1525%; (b) the building shall be a minimum of 7 6.1 metres from the front and flanking lot linesline; (c) all portions of the building above grade shall be a minimum of 4.5 metres from the side and rear lot lines; and (d) the maximum height of the building shall not exceed 10.6 metres;23 metres measured from the first level parking floor surface to the top of the roof ridge; and (d) the Development Officer may permit a 5% increase to the provision identified in clause 3.4.1(c) provided the intent and all other specific provisions of this Agreement have been adhered to.
