Common use of Built-up Area Clause in Contracts

Built-up Area. The built-up area for the said Unit or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area (covered with height of one or more floors) and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and in case any open terrace is attached to any Unit and granted to the Purchaser then 100 % (one hundred percent) area of the Open Terrace shall also be included in the Built-up Area of such Unit.

Built-up Area. The built-up area for the said Unit or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area (covered with height of one or more floors) and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and in case any open terrace is attached to any Unit and granted to the Purchaser Allottee then 100 % (one hundred percent) area of the Open Terrace shall also be included in the Built-up Area of such Unit.
