Common use of Bulky Item Collection Clause in Contracts

Bulky Item Collection. Contractor shall provide the Residential Premises of the 1266 Mixed Use Building with two (2) annual On-Call Bulky Item Collection Service 1267 events per Mixed Use Building in accordance with the Multi-Family On-Call Bulky 1268 Item Collection service requirements pursuant to Section 5.05.
