Bulletin Board Guidelines. 2 Any person desiring to have information posted on a District bulletin board shall 3 provide to the local administrator (Director/Principal) one (1) copy of the material to 4 be posted prior to the placement of the material on the bulletin board. 5 All posted materials must be dated and list the name of the person who requested 6 the material be posted, and the name of the organization being represented. 7 Unauthorized, obscene or defamatory material shall not be placed on a bulletin 8 board. Each bulletin board shall be periodically reviewed for outdated material to 9 assure that adequate space is available for material that must be posted upon such 10 bulletin boards (i.e., OSHA, pay periods).

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards in convenient places. The Union shall limit its posting to official notices and bulletins of the Union to such bulletin boards.
