Bulletin Board & Mail Boxes. The Union shall have use of individual employee mail boxes, where such are provided. Union representatives shall not deliver union literature on work time and the mail boxes shall not be used to distribute political literature. The School Board shall supply a bulletin board, no smaller than 36 by 48 inches, for union use. No derogatory information may be posted anywhere in the district.
