Bulletin Boards and E-mail. The Employer shall provide space on existing bulletin boards, which are primarily for employee information for the posting of Union notices. The use of such bulletin boards shall be consistent with the provisions of 16 PR 005. Use of e-mail for union business shall be allowed, provided that such use is consistent with Rule 16 of the Personnel Rules, and such use does not interfere with the operations of the Fire Department or the performance of the Employee’s duties.
