Bumping Notification Clause Samples

A Bumping Notification clause establishes the process by which one party informs another that a previously agreed arrangement or reservation is being altered or replaced, typically due to higher-priority needs or opportunities. In practice, this clause might apply in contexts such as event bookings or service contracts, where a client may be notified that their scheduled time or reserved resource is being reassigned to another party, often with specified notice requirements. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and fair mechanism for managing changes in priority or availability, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring all parties are aware of their rights and obligations in the event of a schedule or allocation change.
