Common use of Bundling Clause in Contracts

Bundling. If Cable Services subject to the Franchise fee required under this Franchise are sold to Subscribers in conjunction with non-Cable Services, the Franchise fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Grantee, in accordance with applicable FCC or state rules, regulations, standards or orders. Grantee shall not allocate revenue between Cable Services and non-Cable Services for the purpose or with the intent of evading or substantially reducing Grantee’s Franchise fee obligations to Grantor.
