Burdens Run With and Against the Land. The burdens of the Solar Easement, the Access Easement and all other rights granted to Project Company in this Lease will run with and against the Premises and will be a charge and burden on the Premises and will be binding upon and against Landlord and its successors, assigns, permittees, licensees, lessees, employees and agents. The Lease, the Access Easement and the Solar Easement will inure to the benefit of Project Company and its successors, assigns, permittees, licensees and Project lessees. Landlord and Project Company agree to execute all documents reasonably necessary to record the Solar Easement and the Access Easement in the county where the Premises are located.
