Common use of Bus Testing Clause in Contracts

Bus Testing. Supplier agrees to comply with the Bus Testing requirements under 49 USC § 5318(e) and the FTA’s implementing regulation at 49 CFR Part 665 to ensure that the requisite testing is performed for all new bus models or any bus model with a major change in configuration or components, and that the bus model has achieved a passing score. Upon completion of the testing, Supplier shall obtain a copy of the bus testing report(s) from the operator of the testing facility and is required to provide a copy of the corresponding full bus testing report and any applicable partial testing report(s) to the City prior to final acceptance of the first vehicle by the City.
