Common use of Business Contact Data Clause in Contracts

Business Contact Data. Each Party may use the Business Contact Data of the other Party for the purposes of the business relationship, consistent with applicable data protection laws and internal policies. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable data protection laws, the receiving Party may transfer such data to, or access such data from, any country in which such Party or its Affiliates conduct business relating to this Agreement. Each Party will use reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect such Business Contact Data, and each Party undertakes to notify its personnel of the other Party’s proposed use of such data and other purposes as set out in the using Party’s global data privacy policy.
