Each Party may use the Business Contact Data of the other Party for the purposes of the business relationship, consistent with applicable data protection laws and internal policies. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable data protection laws, the receiving Party may transfer such data to, or access such data from, any country in which such Party or its Affiliates conduct business relating to this Agreement.
