Common use of Business Identifiers Clause in Contracts

Business Identifiers. Neither party shall use the name, logos or trademarks of the other party and/or its products or services without the other party’s written consent; provided IGLTA may use such name, logos, or trademarks of Sponsor in performing the work and the Event. Any disclosure of Sponsor’s underwriting of the event as specifically set out in this Agreement shall disclose that Sponsor’s involvement was solely as a financial supporter and shall not state or imply that Sponsor was involved in the organizing of the meeting, in the creation of the content of the meeting, or the content or development of enduring materials created as a result of the meeting.
