The Business Resiliency clause establishes requirements for maintaining essential business operations during and after disruptive events. It typically obligates parties to implement and maintain plans such as disaster recovery, data backup, and continuity strategies to minimize service interruptions. By setting these expectations, the clause ensures that critical services remain available and that both parties are prepared to respond effectively to unforeseen disruptions, thereby reducing operational risk and enhancing reliability.
Business Resiliency. 12.1 Supplier will maintain adequate business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the uninterrupted performance of the Services (“BC & DR Plans”). Supplier’s BC & DR Plans will be tested annually. Upon UKG’s request, Supplier will provide a copy of the BC & DR Plan. The BC & DR Plan will ensure a recovery time objective and a recovery point objective of 4 hours. Please complete the below by inserting name, address and services provided by third party Subprocessors. If this Schedule remains unfilled, Supplier is deemed not to be using any Subprocessor. Business Resiliency. PNC will develop plans relating to data backup, operational business continuity and recovery, pandemic preparedness, and technical disaster recovery, (collectively “Continuity Plans”), and test PNC's compliance with such Continuity Plans no less than annually.
Business Resiliency continuity and disaster recovery procedures, as appropriate, designed to maintain service and/or recovery from foreseeable emergency situations or disasters.
Business Resiliency. Fidelity will maintain a comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery program, which includes technology and business operational recovery. Fidelity will focus both on preventing outages through redundancy of telecommunications, systems, and business operations, and on recovery strategies in the event of loss. The business continuity and disaster recovery process will include training, planning, and testing critical technology and business operational recovery at least annually. Business impact analysis will be performed, and recovery strategies developed for different threat scenarios to include loss of premises, people, technology, or vendor. Fidelity will maintain recovery plans that may be executed during or after an event and will restore systems affected by continuity events.

  • Resilience investments in the construction, material enhancement, or renewal of built and natural infrastructure assets and systems that protect and strengthen the resilience of communities and withstand and sustain service in the face of climate change, natural disasters, and extreme weather events.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Disturbance Analysis Data Exchange The Parties will cooperate with one another and the NYISO in the analysis of disturbances to either the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System by gathering and providing access to any information relating to any disturbance, including information from disturbance recording equipment, protective relay targets, breaker operations and sequence of events records, and any disturbance information required by Good Utility Practice.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control The hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.
