Busy Signal. If an end user receives a busy signal due to maximum concurrent calls being exceeded, or during a Service outage, Customer is responsible for ensuring that its PBX re-routes the call to a back-up local access circuit.
Busy Signal. If the maximum number of concurrent calls on an IP trunk is exceeded or a Service outage occurs, an end-user may receive a busy signal when the end-user attempts to contact emergency services. Customer will inform its end-users of such possibility as described further in Section 3.8.1 and is responsible for developing and implementing alternative methods for its end- users to obtain access to emergency services.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office ENT utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ENT’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
