Data Recipient agrees that it will not Use or Disclose De-identified Data Set Information of Covered Entity for any purposes outside the scope of the UCQG Benchmarking project, including for Research purposes of Data Recipient itself or of any third party. Accordingly, data submissions by Covered Entity will not be shared outside of the Data Recipient’s analytic team for any reason.
