By Non-State Agencies Clause Samples

The "By Non-State Agencies" clause defines the rights or responsibilities of organizations that are not part of the government in relation to the agreement or subject matter. Typically, this clause clarifies how private entities, non-governmental organizations, or other non-state actors may participate, contribute, or be affected by the terms of the contract. For example, it might specify the conditions under which a non-state agency can access certain resources or perform specific actions. The core function of this clause is to delineate the role and limitations of non-state agencies, ensuring clarity and preventing misunderstandings about their involvement.
