By Subrecipient. If Subrecipient is unable or unwilling to comply with any additional conditions or requirements which may arise as a result of changes in or additions to any federal, state or local laws after the commencement of the Agreement Term, including without limitation those applied by the Forest Service in their grants and reimbursements to GreenLatinos, and which thereby become applicable to Subrecipient during the Agreement Term, Subrecipient shall terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to GreenLatinos. The effective date of such notice of termination shall be no earlier than 30 days from the date of the notice.
