By the Employee Other than for Good Reason. The Employee may resign employment other than for Good Reason at any time upon sixty (60) days' notice to UST. In the event of such termination, UST shall have no further obligation to the Employee, other than for Base Salary earned but unpaid, and vacation time accrued but unused, through the date of termination and any short-term incentive compensation awarded but unpaid on the date of termination.
