C. Return During Probationary Period. An employee who does not achieve permanent status and returns to their former class, shall have their salary restored to the same rate of pay the employee would have received had the employee remained in the former class.

  • Termination In the event that either Party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated.
