Cabins. Satellite WIFI is provided and is shared by the four cabins. The speed is usually good but does not support streaming/zoom and there can be unexpected slowness or outages. There is no TV but an assortment of games and puzzles.

Cabins. You must provide your own linens (sheets, pillows, sleeping bag, blanket, and towels). The beds and furniture cannot be moved. Children must be supervised in the cabins by an adult or group leader as specified by our supervision recommendations. This loosens the bolts that hold the bunks together. Cabins are provided with garbage cans outside of the cabin with the initial trash liner provided. Your group will need to provide additional trash liners 15 for 40-gallon trash can. Campfires may be lit in the campfire rings provided by EYCC. A shovel and bucket will be provided to extinguish the fires. Groups must supply their own wood. Each campsite has a garbage can with an initial trash liner. The groups will be responsible for bringing replacement trash liners for a 96-gallon trash can. Trailers are allowed in parking lots 1 and 2 or they may be parked anywhere no more than 2ft from Everglades Parkway (See map on page 8). No RV’s or Travel Trailers The designated parking areas are parking lots 1 and 2. Cars may be used to transport equipment to campsites B and C but must remain on Earl’s Parkway. Cars cannot remain on the campgrounds. They will be escorted back to parking lot 1 or 2 after they have dropped off the group's equipment (See map on page 8). Groups may park temporarily along EYCC’s fence line to unload equipment for campsite D. Cars must be moved to the designated parking areas once equipment is unloaded. Guests should avoid areas clearly labeled “no vehicle access” or “no parking”. This especially goes for areas around our dumpster, fire hydrants, water or wastewater plants. The concrete pad behind the dining hall is for loading and unloading of items into the dining hall only and is limited to a 15-minutes. Recreational Area Supervision Policy Groups are required to have a designated area supervisor if they opt for a standard area rental (see recreational area rental options). The supervisor may be required by EYCC to have specific certifications. The area supervisor is required to provide a safety orientation for the group before starting each activity using EYCC’s area rules signs at each location. Cabins. The cabins sleep 84 in bunks beds with 16 single beds available, giving a total capacity of 100 in the cabins. There is space for additional tenting and RV parking if required. Please note that all single beds have a mattress on them and we have approximately 30 mattresses on the bunk beds. To avoid disappointment, ensure you bring something to sleep on. The cabins are all within close proximity to the washrooms and shower facilities. They have electricity in each, however they aren’t heated. Please ensure that beds and mattresses are not moved between cabins. Each bedroom has 2 single beds. Two of the bathrooms have an attached shower with the third bathroom just having a toilet and sink. The rooms in ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ are all heated and have ample electricity available. This building is located in close proximity to the dining hall. Kootenay Hall is the central building of the camp. It includes a large flexible space that can be used for meetings, dining, or lounging. The flexible space contains a kitchen, multiple couches and tables that can be adjusted to meet the needs of your group. Please ensure that everything is put back to its standard configuration to ensure that it is ready for the next guests. There is a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are also two private rooms with a single bed in each that have a large bathroom in close proximity. Please note that this area also contains our first aid station featuring an Epi-pen and an AED, as well as basic first aid supplies. Please use this equipment if required, however there will be a replacement charge levied. It is expected that you will contact the Camp Director if any of this equipment is used to ensure that we can have it replaced if necessary. Basic first aid supplies are only to be used in an emergency as it is expected that each group will bring their own supplies. Two washroom buildings are located onsite. Cabins. Twenty-Seven (27) hillside cabins, one (1) hillside deluxe cabin, eight (8) lakeside cabins, and seventeen (17) chalet cabins. The cabins consist of two bedrooms, one bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds sleeping six comfortably. The chalet cabins are equipped with hot tubs.

Cabins. The Cabins shall be in good working order and repair and contain a designated number of beds and mattresses as well as kitchen utensils, dishes and other household equipment. Guest(s) must provide their personal hygiene supplies/toiletries, food and beach towels if going swimming while in Arkansas. At check-in Guest(s) will be supplied with an inventory of linens and towels for use in the Cabin. There are limited washer/dryer facilities available for use if linens or towels need to be washed during your stay at the Facilities. Guest(s) shall confirm the inventory upon arrival and note any missing or damaged items as well as any other conditions that may require attention of the Tributary custodial staff. All repairs and maintenance shall be performed by the Tributary personnel. At check-out Guest(s) and the Tributary personnel will inventory the Cabin. Guest(s) shall return the Cabin at the end out their stay in the same condition as check in, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Guest(s) are responsible for any damage or loss of inventory that occurs during Guest(s)’ stay regardless of the cause but excluding damage due to weather or other events beyond the control of the Guest(s).

Cabins. Each cabin comes with pillows and bed covers as well as a TV, microwave, coffee maker, and charcoal grill. - Only initial paper goods, such as toilet paper and trash bags are furnished. - Guests must bring their own bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, shampoo, and all personal items. - Bed linens are available for an additional one-time fee of $10 per bed. - Limited kitchenware is provided for Cabins 49, 61 and HH. These items should be washed and placed back in their proper place when you leave the cabin or a cleaning fee will apply. - Pets are allowed in our cabins at no fee. However, if there is pet hair or indications of a pet being in the cabin, a $50 fee will apply. When outside the cabin, they must be on a leash and it’s preferred that they are crated when inside the cabin.
