Common use of Cages Clause in Contracts

Cages. BellSouth shall construct enclosures in compliance with NOS Communications, Inc.’s collocation request. At NOS Communications, Inc.’s request, BellSouth shall permit NOS Communications, Inc. to subcontract the construction of physical collocation arrangements with a contractor certified by BellSouth (“BellSouth Certified Contractor”), provided however, that BellSouth shall not unreasonably withhold approval of contractors.
