CAISO Settlements. Seller shall bear all costs and expenses associated with generation of the Renewable Energy and delivery of the Renewable Energy to Buyer at the Delivery Point, including all transmission costs and CAISO costs and charges. As part of its compensation under this Confirmation, Seller shall retain all CAISO revenues associated with the delivery of Renewable Energy to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
